Incredible sleeper sofa! It's comfy, stylish, and sturdy! We played hide and seek, and I was under the bed when my children jumped on the mattress and everyone stayed safe! HA . Delivery and communication were great as well!

We have purchased several pieces of furniture-most recently the left facing sofa couch-it is great, very comfortable, large, and the pull out is also very comfortable.

P&B’s customer service was excellent. At time of order, the nightstand was back ordered. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and updated me accordingly. The wait was much shorter than expected. The nightstand arrived assembled and nicely packaged, everything well protected. The piece is beautiful and feels well built and sturdy. I would def use them again.

The actual sofa is great, but the shipping and delivery was an absolute disaster. The third party company they utilized for delivery sent multiple incorrect scheduling requests only to cancel the confirmed delivery appointment during the appointment window (which is not great when you take time off work to be there to receive the item). The estimated delivery date of <30 days ended up being a 2 month cluster of constantly having to manually confirm all of the scheduling details with a company rep directly because I was still getting spammed with bogus automated scheduling requests from their system. Great sofa, but won’t be ordering anything from them again sadly.

We really like our sofa. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. The only issue I have is that the sample leather does not quite match the sofa we received. It’s much darker and more of a dark gray rather than a navy blue. But it’s well made. We like it.

Great sofa, fast delivery

I absolutely love my Poly & Bark leather sofa and bench so very much. Only problem is they make my World Market armchairs look so sub-standard in comparison. So now I have to save up to replace them!

After extensive research I ordered a sectional from P&B. To say the quality has exceeded my expectations is an understatement. And it's absolutely gorgeous! Not uploading the photos only because I'm not done redecorating, and my new green sectional might seem out of place. But we absolutely love it and it's definitely built to last!!! Now, P&B, please make Ronda Extension Dining table in BLACK! Please!!!
